Peak Automotive

What I want people to know about Peak Automotive is that we're not your traditional dealership. We don't have a bunch of cars on the lot. We have some, but we don't have 150 cars on the lot. We don't have a big fancy building, and that is by design. Peak automotive was designed with our customers in mind. We want to make sure that it's not about coming and seeing a car show. Our building doesn't have to be extremely fancy which helps keep our prices down, by making sure that we keep our overhead down. And as far as our service department goes, our labor rates stay low because we don't have a fancy building. We don't have a thousand employees. You deal with two people and that's me, and that's Sean, our mechanic.

We sit you down, we get all the information that we can for your wants, your needs, the things that you can live without, the things you can't live without. Then we basically do a customer interview and what that interview does is it allows us to make sure that when we're shopping for a vehicle for you. It's not about us selling you whatever vehicle that we want to put you in, because at the end of the day, your vehicle is the second most expensive purchase that you're going to make outside of your home in most cases. So, why not spend your time with someone that's going to take the time to find out what your wants and needs are, and do it for you, not just for the bottom dollar of the dealership?

We service everyone and everything. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Chevy, Ford. I mean, if there's a make and there's a model, we service it. Sean Helgeson is our lead tech and he has been doing this for a long time. It’s been a blessing for Peak Automotive to acquire someone that has his skill set and his determination for finding the root cause of a problem. 

We do diagnostic services, we do oil changes, we do engine replacements. You can name it, we can do it. There's a couple services that we don't offer, but we do have the ability to get done. Alignment services, tires we don't do. But anything else you think of, we pretty much do it here at Peak Automotive Service.
